How to Change the Color of a 3D Object in HoloBuilder

Color up your world with HoloBuilder in three quick steps. HoloBuilder offers numerous already integrated and ready to use 3D objects you can add to your AR/VR project. To make your Holo, even more, unique, you can change the color of each to the scene added 3D object individually.

Change the color of a 3D object with HoloBuilder

  1. Click the cube icon  in the right-hand sidebar. Then choose a 3D object to add to your current scene.
  2. When having added the 3D object to your scene, select it in the scenes’ object overview. You can find the scenes’ object list in the right-hand sidebar by clicking the sitemap icon Alternatively, you can right-click on the 3D object and select ‘Change color’ from the menu.
  3. Change the color of the selected 3D object using the ‘Pick a color’ button next to the highlighted list element. Select a color in the ‘color picker’ and click ‘Ok’.
